I am here as an activating force as you walk your path to your deepest and most authentic earth-self.

I teach tools to re-connect to your deepest truth and essence through heart-centred communication, embodiment, Earth-energy transmission and harnessing the power of the circle’s energetic field to amplify your growth. Through the powerful combination of my intuitive coaching and the interactive nature of the circle, I facilitate a space where you can begin to feel and know yourself at your core and have the support and guidance to embody your Earth-self, having it impact your relationships, your purpose and your whole world in a big way.

To heal our relationship with ourselves we must also heal our relationship to mother Earth – this is what I call embodying our Earth-self.
